Lyman Terrace

A 167 unit federally assisted family development located at Hampden, John and Lyman Street and East and West Court. Lyman Terrace was built in 1939 and is one of the oldest public housing developments in the Country.

Uniquely located in the center of downtown Holyoke, a short block from City Hall, Lyman Terrace directly abuts the stores on High Street, the main commercial street.
