HHA will be holding four (4) in-person First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Series this Spring.

All four will be held here at our main offices located at 475 Maple Street. The course covers the homebuying process from start to finish, with some tips and tricks for effective budgeting and improving credit included. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion good for 2 years, which may be necessary to apply for several down payment assistance programs and mortgage products.

The workshop is free for all Holyoke residents, any non-Holyoke residents must pay a $25 non-refundable fee to attend.
