Holyoke Housing Authority - Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds

These notices shall satisfy two separate but related procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the Holyoke Housing Authority.

The City of Holyoke is informing the public about an environmental review done on behalf of the Holyoke Housing Authority for the construction of new rental housing at Hamilton and South East Streets in South Holyoke as Phase I of the South Holyoke Homes. The South Holyoke Homes is a multi-phased affordable housing project centered around Carlos Vega Park in South Holyoke, Hampden County, Massachusetts.

Any individual, group, or agency may submit written or verbal comments on the Environmental Review Record to the Holyoke Housing Authority's Environmental Consultant:

Comments may be submitted in writing by mail to the address above, by email to the email address above, or provided verbally by calling the telephone number above. Commenters are urged to confirm receipt of their comments. All comments received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday November 30, 2020 at Tighe & Bond will be considered by the City of Holyoke prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds. Comments should specify which Notice they are addressing.
