There are two (2) scholarship opportunities available to HHA residents of both Public Housing and Section 8, graduating seniors and those already enrolled in secondary education.

All applications need to be signed by the Executive Director before they are submitted, they must be returned to Justine Sabbs first and should NOT be submitted directly.

2021 MassNAHRO Past Presidents Memorial Scholarship – due back to HHA by April 2nd

2021 NERC NAHRO Allan R. Andrews Scholarship – due back to HHA by April 30th

Holyoke Community College (HCC) Anne-Marie Darcy Memorial Scholarship

These scholarships are made possible by the board of Commissioners at the Holyoke Housing Authority in memory of Anne-Marie Darcy, former Assistant Executive Director. They are for residents of the HHA who are either in public housing or the Leased Housing/Section 8 Program and registered as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credits or a nontraditional student with a minimum of 6 credits.
