Beaudoin Village

Constructed in 1954 and rehabilitated in 2000, Beaudoin Village consists of 217 federally assisted townhouse style units of family housing located at Leary Drive, Cherry Street, Elting Circle, Barrett Avenue, Yoerg Circle and Little Avenue.

Beaudoin Village residents in partnership with Nuestras Raices and the Holyoke Housing Authority created a community garden in 2005. The garden, known as the Hidden Treasure Community Garden has become so popular that it was expanded in 2013 to allow more residents the opportunity to tend their own plot.

Beaudoin Village is made up of 1, 2,3 and 4 bedroom units, each with in-unit laundry. This property in loacted on the PVTA bus route, 1.5 miles from Holyoke Community College and 0.5 miles from Lt. Clayre P. Sullivan Middle School. In addition to the resident garden there is also a playground on site.
